The Rijnsburger Mill

Despite appearances, the windmill in the background is on a completely different part of the canal system to the waterway in the foreground, although it doesn't matter much as they're all connected. The Dutch are complete masters of water levels, flows and how best to interleave all things canal-esque with road and rail systems. They also know how to light them to make them look good at night.
